Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of ARNCLIFFE SCOTS BASEBALL CLUB INCORPORATED will be held at the Arncliffe Scots Sports & Social Club, Burrows Street, Arncliffe Monday 30 July 2018 at 7.00p.m.
The purpose of the Annual General Meeting is:
- Reading and confirmation of the minutes of the 2016 Annual General Meeting;
- Election of Committee Members, Permanent Sub-Committee Members, Life Members and Gold Members;
- Consideration and adoption of the Annual Report and Financial Statement;
- Correspondence;
- Reports;
- General business.
